was baptised at St Mary's, Madras in 1793. He married Anna Maria PIERCY in 1813 at Blacktown Chapel, Madras.
His father was Peter DAYLY and mother,Mary. His son, Arthur Piercy DAILY, was baptised in
1816 in Madras and married Charlotte Sarah WILSON in 1853 in Secunderabad. Their daughter, Charlotte Sarah
DAILY married Robert McMORRAN at Kurnool in 1872. Their daughter, Hilda Rebecca McMORRAN
(my grandmother), born 1875 in Secunderbad married William Oscar SHERWOOD in 1911 in Peshawar. Their son,
